Inner City

Inner city Los Angeles provides MIF with unique opportunities to make a difference:

• MIF supports a food outreach through a church in Compton that serves the poor each day.

• MIF helped this same church build a computer lab where volunteers provide tutoring opportunities for  students.

• Each Christmas MIF provides hundreds of presents for needy inner city children.

The importance of keeping students busy, productive and safe after school cannot be overstated. MIF actively supports underprivileged kids in athletic leagues after school. MIF will continue this commitment of helping provide productive after school activities for the children of the inner city.
